Where are my data?
On your iPhone, inside the app's protected space, and in your iCloud or computer backups if you have them on. Threadboard has no servers and no access to what you store. Deleting the app deletes the data.
How do I cancel the subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Threadboard and cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal so you are not charged again. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I restore a deleted task?
Open Settings inside the app, go to Trash, and restore it. Deleted tasks wait there for 30 days; after that they are removed automatically.
